What are my monthly payments?

There are several factors that determine your monthly payment:

  • Your Loan Amount
  • Current Interest Rates
  • Escrow Items:
   - City &/or County Taxes
   - Homeowner’s Insurance
   - Mortgage Insurance

So that you have a guideline, we recommend going through the pre-approval
process before you search for a home.

What paperwork do I need when I apply for a home loan?

Being prepared when you when you meet with your lender, will save you a good
deal of time.

You should have:
  • Social security numbers for all parties who ate applying for the loan
  • Copies of your checking and savings account statements for the past 3 months
  • Evidence of any other assets like 401K, bonds or stocks
  • 3 recent paycheck stubs
  • Copies of your last 2 years’ income tax statements
  • Contact information to verify your employment and rental status
